I had not ever thought to put Chocolate on my steak, but it actually sounds good.

I mentioned in a previous blog that I’m taking this Chocolate course. I have a link to the information page up on the ‘chocolate course’ tab. Well, I did my first homework, Quick Chocolate Truffles, and here is a photo. It turned out delicious, at least I really liked it, and it was very easy! I made it to bring to the neighbors, Paula and Andy, for dessert, but I liked it so much, I almost didn’t want to share it! LOL My neighbors said they will post a comment, so you will see if they liked it.

I recently came across this article written by Grace L. Thomas. Now, I have bought and consumed Dove Milk chocolate and I agree it is good. But I think this author should be open to other chocolate brands too. Any other Dove Milk chocolate fans out there?
